Our Home (Fenua)

The House

We are situated 200m before the ‘end of the road’ from Papeete to Teahupo’o.

The house itself was finished in 2017. It is 200sqm including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with pantry, lounge, laundry and covered terrace.

The downstairs bedrooms are the ones we offer to those wanting to experience an authentic Tahitian family’s way of life. While all of our common living space is open to everyone to enjoy, we ask that the staircase up to the second story is left to the family for privacy.

3 bedrooms downstairs

Living room and terraces available for use

Kitchen is equipped with all modern essentials with a stocked spice drawer which is free to share.

Our refrigerator is stocked with the basics which are free to use (eggs, mustard, flour, jam, etc)

The 4000 sqm garden includes the entire valley through to the mountains you see in the distance. It is available for hikes, exploaring, reading a book in the shade of a lime tree or even a nap in one of the many hidden spots between the mountain and the sea.

At sea side, kayaks are waiting for you to discover the lagoon.

At the house, a garden table and chairs are at your disposal under the mango tree at the front of the property

You will notice that a tree-house is built in this mango tree and belongs to our children. We kindly ask guests to refrain from climbing as the entrance is not suitable for non-children.
